The leaders of Canada and the US have been meeting at the White House, trying to hammer out a new North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) that everyone could be on board with. On the campaign trail, Trump promised to get a better deal or withdraw from the treaty, a threat he repeated during negotiations. For his part, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was quick to remind Trump that Canada is far from being America’s problem and that its northern neighbor is its biggest customer.
